Florida Man Has a Dell of a Time!

 

I spend a good deal of time keeping my eyes and ears open for stories of exceedingly good or profoundly poor customer service. Here’s one of the latter that was just released in the Orlando Sentinal about the sheer impossibility of finding someone at Dell Computers who actually cares. It’s about a man trying to return a stolen¬†computer to it’s rightful owner, and a company that couldn’t care less.
