Great customer service story from LegoA awesome Lego customer service story!  The iconic toymaker Lego scores with the first real ‘Wow!’ customer service experience of 2013.

When 7-year-old Luka sent them a letter regarding a lost Ninjago Ultra Sonic Raider figurine shortly after Christmas, he got an epic response.
Somebody had a lot of fun writing that response letter, and a 7-year-old boy and his father started 2013 with a heartwarming experience. Kudos to Richard at Lego Consumer Services!
